Sorta Flipper Zero

At the cost of a flipper zero, I thought that I may never own one. With this project, I should also learn a ton about PCB's and how electronics work. V1 is a modular based project to ensure that it will work as planned, then, , I will completely custom make it for V2. This device supports Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), sub-GHz RF (433 MHz), NFC/RFID, and infrared transmit/receive, along with an onboard display, physical buttons, buzzer, microSD storage, USB-C connectivity, and external antenna support. Compared to a standard Flipper, it does not include iButton/1-Wire, capacitive touch input, internal battery charging or management, integrated antennas, or a fully enclosed consumer-ready housing (will make one for V2).

zsharpminor's SmartBell v1, aka the World's Most Over-Engineered Custom Doorbell!

ESP32-powered smart doorbell with smart AI-powered detection, that automatically captures a picture that is sent to a Discord webhook via WiFi when the doorbell is rung, which triggers an integration that can set off a custom ringtone on a mobile app. Utilizes a pushbutton to actuate a buzzer and LEDs. Powered by a LiPo battery and enclosed in a PETG near waterproof case with TPU seals. Additionally, this module contains a temperature and humidity sensor that can be called through a Discord bot from anywhere in the world at any time to get precise temperature and humidity readings. Additionally, an ultrasonic sensor detects movement and wakes up the camera to take a picture and identify it through a simple ML algorithm. NOTE: This is a software-heavy project, I am aiming for this to be a Tier 4 project, but if it only makes Tier 5, I understand. I will try to supply as many of my own parts as possible to keep expenditures to a minimum.

There isn't a PCB; Everything is planned just to be wired with wires

Custom Dev Board

In this project, I dive into a new program, KiCAD! I have spent many hours on CAD, such as OnShape and Fusion360, so this allowed me to have an idea of what this program would do, but it was still an interesting experience. Through one of the guided projects, I learn how to design a Dev Board. I added an RGB light to it and altered the screen print to match the idea of a blueprint.
