Scorpion max v1

A main-board for a 3d printer or CNC with wide possibilities with the use of the expansion board and thermister boards to not get locked in to one type of thermister or display. I started this design to place it into my Ultimaker 2+ for better Stepper drivers and more options. Also in the future I want to make a cnc and this would be the perfect board for this application. This whole idea started about the 15 of December very close to the deadline of blueprint, recently it got extended but its still a LOT to do. For compatibility i went with overkill amounts of everything and some expansion headers. Also because there are a lot of different thermister available i made an port for a thermister board where you could place the board for your thermister to have wide compatibility. There are also a bunch of extra stuff: 5x Stepper motor drivers 4x Bed / Nozzle heater output 4x Fan / Led output 4x End stops 3x Thermisters 3x Thermister boards 1x Expansion port (for displays, sd card readers or extra stuf)

Fume Extractor

A simple fume extractor that uses power from a bench power supply, a fan, a custom PCB, and an activated carbon filter all inside a 3d printed case. It also includes an OLED screen that shows fan speed and a knob that changes fan speed. It's powered by an Arduino Nano.

FFB simracing steering wheel

I have always wanted to have a simracing setup. And wheelbases available on the market are either expensive or not powerful enough. Also every wheelbase on the market is closed-source, and that limits me to the feature it offers out of the box. And after spending some time on YouTube, I decided to build my own Force Feedback simracing wheel base. For cheaper than some wheels on the market, I could build something much more powerful, easy to modify wheelbase. To keep costs low, I decided to go with a direct-drive wheelbase using a hoverboard motor that I could salvage from a broken hoverboard on Marketplace. Being a direct drive setup will give me the best force feedback compared to belt/gear drive, while also being much more silent. This setup can enable me to have 12-15Nm of force feedback. And for comparaison, the Logitech G29, the most popular wheel out there, only offers 2.1Nm, and is a gear drive setup.

Pico-Powered 6-Key Custom Macropad

This project is to design, 3D print, and build a 6-key hot-swappable mechanical macropad. It will be powered by a Raspberry Pi Pico and programmed with CircuitPython to handle custom keyboard shortcuts for development and design work. The case and keycaps will be custom-designed and 3D-printed.

I followed the tutorial for the Hackpad. I made some changes. First off, I increased the key count to 6 instead of 4. Then, I included 2 knobs and some LEDs.

Quite a jump from beginner to expert - I think it turned quite well; hopefully it works! This project took around ~8 hours of work, a day well spent!
