CyberMaster Custom DevBoard

This is my very first custom devboard and my biggest project till now , This will be based on esp32 chipset and will be capable of giving 17 GPIOs with camera input and display output , will be having both Wi-Fi and BT to interact with the board .

Hi, please use Economic PCBA and assemble only 2, not 5 of your PCBs, additionally please make sure you have all required decoupling capacitors and that they're as close as possible to your components. Thanks!

FInalising The Github And JlcPcb work

Made a GitHub Repository and did all the changes like to make a readme and upload all the files systematically along with better understanding . This was an easy job . Moving on to JLCPCB , while using EasyEDA , its easier to just single click order from JLCPCB , did this too

Both GitHub And JLCPCB done Within An Hour

Just finished Addidng Silkscreen

I was looking for a good image to use as silkscreen but I can't find any so i took a random image named as " CYBERPUNK CITY WALLPAPER " and applied it as silkscreen at the back side of the PCB . Here is it :

Routed The PCB

I don't know if it's only me facing this issue or not . BEFORE MY PROJECT WAS AUTO DELETED AND NOW I JUST FINISHED WRITING THE JOURNAL AND IT ALSO VANISHED . IM REWRITING THIS THE 2ND TIME .

I've finished routing this PCB , it was a pathetic job but was done easily with some skill , I mean it wasn't like i DOn't know anything , i knew everything but just due to 100+ nets to be routed it took way too much time also with no GPU and 2Core i3 2100 , I'm well I think so . I was literally getting 7 fps during routing and 4 while 3d viewing . This was the biggest routing project till now for me

I started with routing the Big components first like the controller and battery portion , using vias , it was easy though but at last , routing the usb c - Esp32 took way too much efforts due to space lack and poor placement of components , i Redid this whole placement to be clear and correct ...

Third Time after replacing components and routing the whole pcb twice , this is finally what I'vw routed and the 3d view of the PCB .

The next thing i Will be doing wil be to add silkscreen and text for decoration and at last to quote for this PCB on JLCPCB

Schematic Wiring And Design

This was my biggest project till now , being a big project required a lot of wiring in the schematic , im worried abt routing .
I started with importing the items at first and arranging them in specific blocks or boxes with their definitive title for clear explanation then i chose to wire the entire pcb by net labels which made it much cooler and cleaner .
It took a lot of time to wire because of skill issues , was doing such project for first time so nvm.... , atleast I did it at .

Searching for IN STOCK ITEMS took way too much time but anyways wiring was pathetic too to do at 1AM

Here below is the clear image of how I've routed the schematic .

Planning And BOM

I had already created this project and wrote it's 1st journal but IDK somehow it got deleted , so I'm writing it all again .

This is a custom development board based on ESP 32 having BT And Wi-Fi for communication along with wired in out .
This is capable of getting camera input for camera related projects and can also provide output by display ( most boards can do so ) , by having 17 GPIOs , this will be capable of handling multiple itmes together , this won't be having any external RAM , It'll will be using of ESP 32 .

I already decided to make it from a long time but I was not having much knowledge then , still i don't have but i tried gathering it from internet and the guided that are made for blueprint . I also used ChatGpt to help me in planning by giving a detailed form of BOM and the part numbers on LSCS .

Here is the Finalised BOM

This was all for planning

I will start working on EasyEDA from now .
