Ai human detection, search and rescue drone
using yolo ai, this drone will detect humans and then gps data can be sent to thingspeak via python, which can be sent to law enforcement

Hi, this project lacks complexity for a Tier 1. You're basically putting together a pre-made drone kit; this would be a Tier 5 at best. Please read through https://blueprint.hackclub.com/about/submission-guidelines for more information on what a polished Tier 1 is and isn't - it appears all you really made for this drone was some software, and Blueprint is a hardware-focused YSWS. Finally, please break up your journals - I don't believe that putting together the drone took you 121 hours (??) - you should have separate entries for every 3-5 hours. Thanks!

configured drone in betaflight
The drone connects to the ai through obs, as the video from the drone is identified as a webcam, which the ai live processes, and detects humans in the video, and the drone was configured in betaflight, writing the frequencies of the video transmitter, the configuration of the motors, the functionality of each button on the radio, the overlay on the video feed, the gps information, the reciever information, motor power delivery curve and failsafe/battery minimum and maximum voltage for flying.

tested the functionality of the live ai image detection
Using footage in my home, in super low light, i tested the ai by live uploading footage from the drone, and then also downloaded the footage and looped it live using obs to run further tests, there was alos an outdoor live test with results in image form

built the full drone
drone was fully built and testing began to be done on the video ai, and i used this dataset to train the ai to detect humans from the air above them
https://github.com/OzdemirMirza/Aitv_dataset/blob/main/README.md
this is the code i used to train the ai, the real hard part with the ai was installing it locally and using pytorch to make it run in real time, though documentation of this can be found online it was very difficult due to the limited vram availability i have being not quite enough, though after making changes to how i trained, the ai is now able to run on laptops and other not powerful hardware.

built drone
i soldered the drone's battery, motor, video transmitter, camera, and receiver cables, which took me around 100 hours due to the extreme heat dissipation of the ground pads of the drones ESC.
