Added Battery Charger

Added a battery charger for the battery port to make it portable, without being plugged in at all times, using 500mA 3.7 LiPo battery from PiHut due to it being the perfect size

Found an eink display and researched how to connect to it
I settled on the choice and read through the data sheet referencing other sources to make the schematic, I also added a neopixel RGB LED to do testing with but not use due to power draw

Made the schematic ( Mostly )
I made the core schematic for the board following the instructions on https://www.instructables.com/Custom-STM32-Boards-From-Scratch-the-Complete-Guid/ and the datasheet from lcsc https://www.lcsc.com/datasheet/C5270980.pdf

Researched Parts ( Chip )
Browsed through lcsc finding a good low power chip to use, finding the stm32 series and eventually deciding to use ST STM32U575RGT6 as it had good specs/ features and was in stock.
