Custom mount
Super productive day, designed the custom mount for the solarpnael to hold on to the mount on the pole
it was a really chanelginf task to recreate the pole mount faceplate just from some random shot on amazon but yea took a long time but did it at last, two total vesa style mount plate with l brackets that hold the arm from both end

it might seem simple but trust me it made me punch my laptop screen

3D modeling started !
Okay not much progress today, cuz chem exams are inn 2 days so i'm logging this last before chem exams and will touch this stuff after exams,
designed the vesa type custom mount for the solar panel nothing much complex but i think will be sturdy enough

the arm will be screwed between those hinge type things coming out of the panel

Schematic done
This project will mainly require two break out pcb
- the alarm ckt
- the detector ckt
so the schematic was pretty easy and straight forwards

most time consuming was figuring out an rigid and proper design for the installation, as previous design was just some pvc sheets glued together and a amazon of a mess of bread board, this time around i've designed the installation something a IT company would make!

This is the V2.2 of Shield, i moght iterate over some more designs!
Hopefully the next journal will be explaining the design of the whole package, till then see ya
