the source files of your 3d model .f3z or onshape link ext.
You are using the wrong footprints for the leds, please take a look here: https://github.com/hackclub/hackpad/tree/clean/extras/kicad_care_package
Your readme is a bit short, please explain a bit more about how why ext.
