Multi use Macro pad
A macro pad built for multi platform use with a screen to show mode changes and display graphics. I’m going to try and make it wireless as well. With all of the stuff i wanted i had to use a slightly bigger microcontroller. I will be buying one myself

There are no cart screenshots for the microcontroller and we send out a kit with all of the parts for the hackpad! Please remove those screenshots from your cart (if there is no option to, this may be a bug). Also please upload upload your KiCad files and 3D models!

Ask for jut the PCB, for hackpads we give a kit. Also change your type to simply macropad

started to make the case for the macro pad
while im waiting for the parts for the macropad i thought it best to start on a very basic design for the case its going to look very similar to the one from the guide but thats fine. it will look like this when done but with a screen between the two rotery encoders.

started to route pcb
I have started to design the pcb but i have run into a little problem that ill figure out tommorow its that the only place i can fit the micro controler woul make the finished thing look weird. but that i can hopefully fix by figureing out how to smd solder i think thats right the board onto the pcb.

finished the schematic for the pcb NOT routing
finished the schematic for the pcb now i need to make it into the actual PCB. the left has my key matrix and two potentiometers with a screen between them. the right side will go on the back side of the board and make the whole thing be able to be back lit and display different colors.

not really a direct guide in the slightest.
i was trying to see if there was a version of the person from the videos pcb but i cant find a way to do that so im going to just use the looks and mostly things like that to figure out everything. but it is well documented at least. also im going to try to get leds to work with this and later maybe put a batery and bluetooth.

this is the only real image of the pcb not made that i can find.

was watching a few videos about Macropads
I watched like 5 videos on macro pads and have found 1 or 2 with some things that i like and some things that i don't. i am going to use this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P_oSLBZABGA as a main guide and than add a screen that can display multiple modes and animations.
the screen would go right in-between the two rotary encoders.
