High Speed Stuff!

Worked on adding the HDMI and M.2 Slot. Did some research on the docs too and read how to make a CM4 carrier, since I have only made a CM5 carrier before. It is a bit different, especially with the power supply so I will swap it out for USB PD and get a 25W compatible adapter thing, or just make a custom PSU that works via DC-Barrel Jack. Luckily for me, I won't be using the PCIe x1 slot so I don't really need 12V for anything.
