Made the case

Started by redesigning the sketch to use looser tolerances and a thinner wall (save filament and time, it's a keyboard case not a functional part).

Then I extrude everything to approximations of what I think is a good size

Add the PCB so I get an idea of where to position the USB port. I took the dimensions from my current keyboard (duh, i am using it)


Make a cutout, fillet it and that's it for the USB port!

I also chamfered the screw holes because the inserts, heat and pressure weakened a few last time to the point of breaking :(
I also made the tolerance walls have a slight difference in height to the rest of the base, so that it prints distinctly


Finally, added a tilt by bringing it down and extruding it :)
