At the current moment, your project would only qualify as a tier 5. Please add more complexity to your project and journal them! Like making the code for your project, adding that pcb thats shown in your battle bot pictures, etc! Also, I'm pretty sure you can get that thing you're buying from amazon from aliexpress for cheaper. Try checking!

Whoa, this is a great project! I love the idea! Only two things - your parts (especially the radio) seem a bit expensive, is it possible to get them from other sources, like AliExpress? Those are often WAY cheaper. Finally, I'm not sure if this can be approved for a tier 2 as you don't have a PCB and are putting a lot of custom parts together - tier 3 is probably a good tier to aim for! Thanks!
