Kamo, a Custom Rubber Ducky
かも ✦ A USB tool that allows for fast code execution on victim machines! This build I'm making will feature custom Firmware designed by me and both fast HID command injection and WiFi control with a custom interface! The word Kamo comes from the Japanese word for "wild duck", symbolizing also a naive target that is easy to prey upon. :P

17/12/25 - The PCB is DONE! :D
Today I finished drawing and routing the PCB!
Alongside that I also created and setup a GitHub repository for this project. Creating the README, BOM, etc.
Began developing the Firmware too. For now it's really just blinking the WS2812 LED but I will keep iterating on the code on the following days and especially when I have the board in hands and fully assembled!

16/12/25 - Schematics and Investigation
First I started by researching how Rubber Duckies usually work. I noticed they all just execute built in code, and figured using an small SD Card with the execution code inside of it would be better. Then I also realized I could use an MCU with wireless capabilities so remote access is possible!
So with my objectives noted down, I selected the ESP32 mini for the brain of this project! It's smaller than a standard ESP32 and has wireless capabilities! I chose ESP specifically because I also have had quite some experience developing firmwares for the ESP platform, so I think this will be straight forward!
I began by drawing the schematics today!
