1/4/2026 - change the led

I added the wrong led. the led is given is by SK6812 MINI-E but i added SK6812 MINI.

but there is no footprint available on kicad so I search on Internet then I find this

SK6812 MINI-E footprint , but it show 99+ DRC error

To fix it I have to redesign the whole foot_print.
after that it look like that

so while i found some mistake in this cad file which can be become problem whie 3d printing

I found the Alignment in Cad file And the PCB

so after Detecting it I start fixing it So what I done here I take a screenshot of Pcb With the ten mm border And place it in Sketch So I am easily able to make a cut out for Buttons, Display and led matrix
here how it look-

2nd thing it look boaring so i add cover edges in display cut outs

and add add a 2mm uplifted board around the display

so after finishing almost the PCB work. I found the there is no coponent in 3D view so I made a search what wrong with it.

-may be I disable the vision the 3d model simulation of componet
-there is no feature in kicad
-there is no 3d model there with the footprint
after After figuring out the issue That there is no 3D model available with the footprint So what I done I search for the 3D model of the Desired component And download Their .step file And uploaded with the footprint by double clicking on the component then i Found we also have Align the track With the pads So it looked prop in the simulation otherwise moving here and there Not at the place thenu I align all the component &

So to ensure the proper fitting of all the part inc. pcb, component and case properly Aligned

I assamble all the part togather in a fusion360 and Aligned
then I found the screw hole is mismatch and fix it
and run a render to take a look towoards a final model

once I am ready to order to the PCB I just reallize some thing in missing
this I got i not added any Graphics yet on the PCB
it really take time to choose once and 2nd don't aware about the photo converter in kicad

So after Finishing PCB And 3D printed Case

Then I start finding the cheapest option Available for both So 3D printing I That printed my 3D case via #printing-legion-india in just to 4.1 dollar for shiping

PCB there's a lot of confusion There are few pcb services available

-JLCPCB providing pcb at low but shipping is high
-Pcbway providing mid at low but shipping is mid
-Seeed fusion pcb at low but shipping is high

Robu pcb providing pcb at low & shipping is minmal

So I order for them at 10.55$
It will reach me in 20-25days
