Your devboard's looking great so far :D There's a couple modifications you'll need to make though: Your decoupling capacitors aren't quite placed properly on the board, they should be as close as possible to whatever they're decoupling, and your PCBA is also much more expensive than it needs to be, remember to choose basic parts instead of extended for many of your resistor values and such. If you need any help, feel free to reach out in #blueprint ;)

The finale : Checkout , BOM and submission

The AstraDev development board has been fully designed, verified, and prepared for manufacturing. The schematic and PCB layout were completed in KiCad, followed by successful design rule checks and final connectivity validation. All production files, including Gerbers, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Component Placement List (CPL), have been generated and validated according to JLCPCB requirements. The project repository, containing design files, documentation, and build details, has been published on GitHub for transparency and reproducibility. The remaining requirement is funding to proceed with fabrication and assembly. A grant of USD 90 is requested to cover PCB manufacturing, ENIG surface finish, and partial PCB assembly costs through JLCPCB. This support will enable the physical realization, testing, and demonstration of the AstraDev board, transforming a fully prepared design into a working hardware prototype.Screenshot (58)

WORKING WITH JLCPCB !

Screenshot (57)
After finalizing the PCB design of the AstraDev development board, the fabrication and assembly files were prepared for production. Gerber and drill files were generated from KiCad and verified before submission. The Bill of Materials (BOM) and Component Placement List (CPL) files were also generated and modified to match JLCPCB requirements by renaming the necessary headers. All production files were compressed into a single ZIP folder and uploaded to the JLCPCB platform. The ENIG surface finish was selected to ensure reliable soldering and high-quality pad finish. PCB Assembly (PCBA) service was enabled, and required components were reviewed and correctly assigned, prioritizing basic parts to reduce cost. Non-essential components such as pin headers were excluded from assembly. Final component placement and orientation were verified before confirming the order for manufacturing.Screenshot (56)

Now a greater improvement of the ASTRADEV : The DRC

The PCB design of the AstraDev development board was verified using the Design Rule Checker (DRC) in KiCad. Minor missing connection errors related to ground zones and power tracks were identified. These issues were corrected by refilling copper zones, adjusting ground connections, and re-routing power tracks to ensure proper pad-to-net connectivity. After corrections, the PCB design was validated and prepared for final fabrication.Screenshot (55)

WORKING ON ASTRADEV'S PCB COMPONENTS PLACING..

The components of the AstraDev development board were placed on the PCB carefully. Important parts like the processor, power supply, and connectors were placed first. Enough space was left between components for easy wiring and soldering. The placement was checked and prepared for the next routing process.Screenshot (51)

I assigned the FOOTPRINTS of the ASTRADEV !

After completing the schematic, suitable PCB footprints were assigned to all components used in the AstraDev development board. Each footprint was selected based on the component package type, pin count, and dimensions given in the datasheets. Special care was taken to ensure correct pin orientation and pad spacing for easy soldering and reliable connections. The assigned footprints were checked to avoid mismatches, and the design was finalized for PCB layout.

I just finished the SCHEMATIC of the ASTRADEV

The schematic for the AstraDev development board was completed after connecting all required components correctly. The power supply, processor, memory, and input/output sections were checked to ensure proper operation. Necessary resistors, capacitors, and protection components were added as per design requirements. All connections were labeled clearly, and component values were verified. Electrical errors were checked and corrected, and the schematic was finalized for further PCB design.
