Hey! Looking at your screenshots, it doesn't seem like the PCB fits with the case. I see the notch you've made, but the screenshot doesn't show it fitting in there.
I'd also like to see more effort put into the case. This should be something you'd actually want to use, and right now, it feels uncomfortable, and right now, it's really hard to click the buttons since they're inside the hole.
I'd highly recommend looking up what controls look like online and really try to polish your project up. We can't approve it like this.

CAD and BOM complete
i just complete BOM and cad file for controller.in cad it is complete right it need some change ,like button placement,rounding the edges at grips and give it good shape like xbox controller

i Complet the schematic and pcb makeing now i am going to try to make 3d case for it in that i also going to try to make bumper and tiger and where to placke the megnet

finalize what kind of controller i make
so at end i deside to make controller that use pi pico w and gp2040 firmware and for now we are not making it to work on batter bucase i can't able to place all the part in now,and we are useing xbox layout i like it,it tack me two days to find all the part,how to place,all the lay out and more after some more change we start make pcb
