Fixed my old phone to use it in project's demo version

How i fixed my old phone

• I have an old phone Redmi note 4 which have cracked screen which not responsive! and phone's body is damaged/bent and its have booting issue also.

• To fix the booting issue i flash a stock mi rom using EDL method in which you have to sort the 2pins in phones motherboard and connect it from pc to flash the rom by rom flashing tool and
  after successfully flashing stock rom i changed it from lineageOS 17.1 because its more light and fast on old phone

• To fix the screen touch issue i used an pc program called scrcpy to mirror and use the phone wired and wirelessly from pc by using ADB functionality of android.
  

How i using this old phone

for this project final version i need Web Camera and GPS Module but for the demo of this project i am using this old phone for this two features i tested it first on my current phone you can see it on my first journal entry of this project so i did same things and tested its working or not and its working same on this phone too

Got helmet decided component placement on it (final project)

Today, I got an old helmet from the storeroom to use in the final version of this project, which will be submitted for grant approval.
Then i decided where i can place the raspberry pi and mount a webcam

PARTS PLACING

Raspberry Pi

so , Raspberry Pi is placed on the Back of helmet
for that i have to create a 1 3D printed plate with hokes and locking mechanism and stick it to back on helmet and then create case for raspberry pi to lock it in there .

Web Camera

for webcam it decided Front of the Helmet below the visor,
for that i have to create same lock mechanism plate then stick it there and then make a case for webcam to lock it there for the cable management i passthrough the usb through the under the helmet

Modeling

so now i am learning onshape and using free helmet model that found online that almost matches my helmet
then i create the mounting plate and cases there.(I tried to clone my helmet by scanning but i have android phone after multiple failed attempt i decided this method)

Starting the project learning how to get video and location

Today i created RoadMap how do i make this with tools i have like old phone for camera and GPS and ESP32 for logging and laptop for processing it ,

Today i also learned how i access phone cam on laptop by using IPCAM App and accessing the phone location coordinates from GPS logger App and send it to laptop
