Added assembly images
I added images for how to assembly the project. I added the full exploded assembly, and a simple wiring driagram. Hope this is enough to get approved!

hey - can you include some assembly / usage instructions with this since it's a mod to another device?

As you are submitting it to Blueprint:
Add a BOM table in the README and include a bom.csv file in the root of the project with links for each part.
Follow the submission guidelines at:
https://blueprint.hackclub.com/about/submission-guidelines
make sure to check off everything listed there.
Once thatβs done ping me, youβll be good to go

Charger + Publish
I the battery ran out, so I did a charging module so I can charge the battery. I used a boost usb-c 3S 1A module, so I can charge the battery with it. No need for a special charger, any 5V usb charger will work.

I also did the readme and reddit post.

v0.6 - it works!
After many iterations and prototypes. It works!
The hardest part was to get everything to fit and not burn :P *.

I used a cheap 40A 3S BMS I had, it should be enough.

PS (*): while balancing the battery, I was using agw28 wires, as they didn't need to handle much current, I soldered the balance leads and an xt60. Problem. I didn't solder the xt60 correctly, and a bit of cable was outside of the connector, and when I unplugged it, I shorted it π . Luckily, the thin wire acted as a fuse...

V0.3
I finished all the cad. I printed a prototype to check the fit, fixed some spots, and now it it mostly ready (still need to add the electronics and build the battery pack).

PS: I also did an assembly to be able to do the exploded view

Work on the Bottom case part
I've designed the case part for the battery. After quite a bit of trial and error, it looks fine.
It is quite similar to the original, but it is a tiny bit smaller due to 18650's being smaller overall.
Now I'll design the top part!
