this is my first hardware project!, im originally from design background (like, graphic design, 3d animation, illustration), but this looked like a perfect opportunity to learn smth absolutely out of my skill set! i intend to use this for different creative apps, blender, photoshop, illustrate, vs code n more!

Home Stretch
This is the finish line for this project
took like an hour or so to complete the soldering
then did a tape mod (idk how it will improve the sound but yea)
then begun the firmware hell, turns out i have the opposite diode orientation, then i found out that the encoder has the diode orientation flipped altogether 💔, i could'nt fix that any ways, the oled idk even is alive or not, it did flash once then it went Radio silent on me. After the 999th firmware iteration i got the full firmware correct, but then it turned out that my rp2040 has a quirk when only tilting the usb cable plugged into it at a certain angle only produces keystrokes.

after 4 hours of beating the living sh*t out of KMK and soldering, the only advise i would like to give to the newbie, IF YOU THINK SOLDERING IS EASY IT'S NOT MATE, PRACTICE BEFORE HAND.

recieved the ki via mail today, amil man was kind rude anyways, thanks Hq for the lovely kit, after my pcb arrives i'll start building the Hackpad
PS: but 5$ for import duty is diabolical

Ordered Stuff!
Summary till date
I ordered the PCB, got the Case and now waiting for all of them to arrive !
PS: I actually submitted wrong gerber files, but the ppl at robu are very helpful they gave a guide on what files they actually require for printing
