DIY CNC Router
Guys! I just got an idea of making a CNC Router for making parts of my CubeSat structure if you see my other project (you should follow!!), I am building a modular aluminum structure for satellite. This is not meant to make only the satellite structure, but it is also for making other projects for future too and end the problems of giving order to CNC agencies, their making cost and shipping etc. It will fade and I can make many other projects too like iron man's arm or Edith or even a rocket (small scale). You may check my repositories for info and follow for more!!

Made the workflow chart describing the flow of work, like how will it work and i may change it if something is found wrong. In the next journal I would be uploading the BOM. Stay tuned!

#6 Full X, Y, Z axis done!
#6
Completed the axis' by building a rod having groves for moving up and down or left to right as you say, by a screw mechanism and that will do the job, it was really very brainstorming task for me to build a CNC like this, structure is ready I will share the electronics part soon. Actually, you may see I made another mount for spindle motor as the one provided was too big

#5 Mechanism for y axis
#5 Made some new parts like supporting rings, and holder like to hold y axis connector. Seems to start grinding now as time is not going to be too far now. Stay tuned for more!

#4 Top plate and Build base
#4
Made the top plate which is the MVP of my CNC as it will hold one axis and support other on, basically it is for mechanical support from the top. Also, the build base serve at the bottom is for best reliability for cleaning purpose mainly!! Spaces for rotating and supporting rods are made in the top plate for better execution.

# 3 Connector for side walls and side walls
#3
Great beginning while making the side wall, which will hold the top plate for the y axis connector, it seems too simple for now, but it will become practical, places for screws have been made and design is modular so easy to put on, I missed on z axis part on the baseplate so i will edit that soon.

#2 Starting off with the Baseplate
#2
The baseplate!!, you may call it the start of the build or foundation for building whole CNC, I made rough sketch for planning the CNC. I made it like a rectangular box kind of thing with places for electrical box mixed. I have made round Rod like structure for attachment of side walls for top plate. IDK why i started this huge project but still, lets complete it.However, it is lot to develop yet, stay tuned!!

Guys, after few hours of surfing I just found out that CNC is about having few steppers motor for 3 axis movement and a drill or spindle for making extrusions and few motor driver for steppers, and umm yeah, a great structure with solid planning. well, I would like to tell you
I AM MAKING THIS WITH NO EXPERIENCE FROM NOTHING
Don't worry, it doesn't mean if I don't know more about it then I cannot build this. "Set your heart ABLAZE". Well, my priority is targeting small objects as I have selected my build space of 300x250x150mm.
I surfed over the internet for the videos title 'Make your own DIY CNC' and got a basic idea of making it, then i lighted my brain and started off with some sketches of designt, as well as i found few things that i finalised for my CNC which are:
Spindle : https://robu.in/product/two-trees-500w-air-cooled-powerful-spindle-motor-kit-suitable-for-ttc-450/
Stepper motor : https://robu.in/product/nema17-40mm-1-2a-unipolar-stepper-motor-w-1m-cable/
Motor Driver : https://robu.in/product/tb6600-stepper-motor-driver-controller-4a-942v-ttl-16-micro-step-cnc-1-axis-upgraded-version-425786-stepper-motor/
For the sake of the processor and controlling I am thinking to build a custom PCB to fit my size and needs. I will be updating you Guys by the posts every day about electricals and structural things.
These are some yt referrals:

This is something I am expecting me to build.
