Added ESP32 at Schematic

Implemented ESP32 at Schematic, basically, RP2040 controls ESP32, have some headers to use, but some are boot, so, have but with an warning We have 4 Headers at total.

Finish manual schematic, will add ESP32

Fully recreated https://blueprint.hackclub.com/starter-projects/devboard schematic, now I will implement the ESP32 at our sch and add some extra pin, that control the ESP32
