SMD Reflow Plate
Im tired of doing PCBA for even the biggest components because I dont have a soldering plate or station. So i decided to make my own _-_

Making Schematics | Final
[30 Minutes]
I have added extended soldering pads so in the future I would be able to add more components to this.

[30 Minutes]
I have made the powering elements of the MCU as well. (digital and analog power)

[30 Minutes]
Remember where I mentioned a panel w/ like OLED , And panels. That would be in a separate PCB. So to connect the controller to the panel I have added some pins as well. Also added some mounting holes for later use.

Making the schematics | Other
[Hour 1] USB Connector
I have made the schematics for the USB Connectors.
Differential impedance between the data lines: 90 Ω ±15%
Single-ended impedance of each data line: 45 Ω ±15%

Hour 2 The MCU
I have chosen the STM32F103CBT6 for this project as its Low Power and operate voltage is around 2v.
I used the datasheet.

** Next 10 Minutes** Crystal , reset button
I have added a crystal oscillator.

Added a RST button as well

Making Schematics | Heatbed Driver , LEDS & Buzzers
I have made the schematics for the Heatbed drivers which uses the TLP183. (20mA)

Next I have made the schematics for Status Indicators and a Buzzer as well.

forget to journal it mb

Making Schematics | Power Supply
There are many thing I have to consider. One of the main one is Power Supply. I Found many helpful tutorials regarding proper power supplied in KiCad. So It can be powered via USB C and DC Barrel Jack (Recommended). It also uses LMR38010SDDAR.

Concept
It will have 3 PCBS.
- A heatbed (the heating)
- Controller (to like supply heat and stuff)
- Pannel (has an oled to control stuff , display, etc)
I just sat here thinking about the layouts
