optimise pins
esp32 pins for e22 are now closer to the e22 and the pins for the gps are going to be closer to the gps.
going to change where everything is, sma connectors still on top

going to restart pcb
6-layer is too expensive, going to restart with 4 layers.
no pcba, instead solder everything by hand, change all footprints to 0603 or larger.
i will use hair dryer on steroids and hope it works, if not going to use soldering iron instead and hope nothing breaks

there are more capacitors now
3 per "Complex" IC
moved existing caps closer to chips, (used to be 2-3mm, now 1-2mm) some are on the bottom to close the distance between the pins and the capacitors
there are 2 small caps and 1 big cap for the power pins

fix drc errors
fixed drc errors after adding the new i2c enabled battery charger
the leds are still there due to analog battery charge indicator. asked around on the slack and i found some problems i will fix soon

updated battery circuit
added i2c support for the ip5306 and now uses analog battery charge finder
25% 50% 75% and 100% indicators
battery charging rate can be changed via i2c
fixed gps wiring to free up more pins.

fix routing
fixed the drc errors as there were quite a bit, the most errors came from the esp32 and its builtin vias as they were too small and i needed to fix the constraints

change parts to allow for better jlcpcb and lcsc ordering
using different diodes
changed led colors for different applications
moved the esp32 to allow for better antenna placement
lcsc is kind of slow

size is very small, should be able to 3d print an enclosure
there are 2 sma connectors on the top for the lora and the gps. esp32 has builtin pcb antenna

the gps usb part was a little confusing but i think i got it
the lora module has been switched to allow for 1w output power
there is a builtin oled display
i want to add sensors later
