a keyboard isn't a tier 2 project unfortunately, it is tier 3 and we can fund at most $100, so please optimize costs. You also need to be more detailed in your journal
please split up the 14 hour journal to be more detailed regarding what you did within that time

Heya! You need to read the submission guidelines and make sure to have everything https://blueprint.hackclub.com/about/submission-guidelines, you are missing the bom in readme and csv file, also include the actual cart screenshots rather than the screenshots of components and this is a tier 3 project, please optimize your bom to be under that budget

CAD

CAD case design underway. Modeled the top and bottom shell with M3 heat insert mounts, OLED window cutout, and USB port opening. Fits the PCB dimensions perfectly.

worked on pcb

KiCad layout complete. Placed the RP2040, all 103 diodes, and Kailh hot-swap sockets. Double checked every footprint against the datasheet. Looks solid and ready to route.
