Is there a way you can really focus on finding cheaper alternatives for your parts? I took a quick look at Digikey, and it seems that there is a cheaper Xiao alternative (not sure if its the same package)

added pcb art and power saving mechanism
added lots of pcb art, infos, etc. added power saving mechanism, to cut power to neopixels and sensors when not actively in use. saves battery like 104060 li ion

pcb routing is done
pcb routing is done, very neat, very organized. next is to do cad, i have some transparent filament so hopefully that works out hehe asdasddfugdfereaas

went shopping on lcsc, and aliexpress
lcsc smh too expensive with the shipping and miscellanous other fees, also doesnt have the seeed xiaos on there so i buy stuff from digikey instead...
