Started making the schematic
Started work on the schematic, first made the symbol for the TPS26750 in KiCad, then realised i needed a protection chip as well, so decided on the TPD4S480.

researched different components
Researched different PD chips to use, and opted for one made by Texas Instruments, It seems like the best pick since it supports up to 240W output and PPS, which would be more than enough to charge my laptop. Now I need to start work making a pseudo-schematic
