found out that the cad files dont work
I am very sad to report that Arduino is stupid and doesn't know how to properly open source stuff. Their "CAD Files" download gave me some corrupted .brd files that both KiCad and Fusion 360 refuse to import. I must now rebuild everything from this 24 page pdf schematic.

Found the cads for the arduino uno q
I found the CAD files for the Arduino UNO Q! To be honest they were pretty easy to find; when Arduino was purchased by Qualcomm they basically open sourced everything even more. This includes the UNO Q's integration with the Qualcomm Dragonwing processor -- the true brains of the entire board.
