I switched what I was doing again...

So I came to the conclusion that I absolutely suck at making circuit diagrams maybe after I get more experience I'll come back to the drone I'm working on but right now the radio circuit looks like a toddler who first discovered what a marker is I'm changing this up to a dev board I haven't done any of the research yet but I'm thinking something simple like atemega328p so basically my own Arduino version. image.png

Made the circuit a little more organized and started radio

I put down the radio module that I am using researched what frequency I want I decided on 433mhz I fixed the circuit made it more organized after asking about it in the slack. I'm almost done the controller then I will route it and then I do a similar process for the drone again

I realized I was doing everything wrong

I spent a good 2 hours working on the pcb and I found it very difficult then I thought to myself that I should maybe do the schematic first then the pcb after which seemed to work better since in an hours time I managed to create a schematic for uploading code to an esp32 I need to add the radio the battery and the buttons/joysticks I haven't decided how the controls will work yet

I started researching the parts I need

I've completely changed my mind I want to do a drone. I have done the research if I use some camera that I haven't found yet and a radio module that I added to the design I can get a 6 fps 80*60 px grayscale stream sent straght to the controller from there there will be an esp32 to receive the signals then broadcast it to a web server. for now I am only doing the controller it will be powered from a 18650 battery with a 3.3v regulator and it will use potentiometers for controls. image.png

Put down a few footprints on the pcb

I am still learning how to use easyeda to design the pcb (I use perf boards and manually connect most things) iḿ going to use an esp32 chip a usb micro I want it breadboard compatible I havent done very much I hope next time since i Screenshot 2025-10-05 3.30.52 PM.png
understand more i can have more progress
