Please look for a much cheaper receiver. 30$ is crazy

You have two different images of a chassy - the regular car and truck. Which one is the one you made an actual CAD model of? It should be in a STEP file format.

Made a kei truck model to use with the chassis
I was told to make a custom car body for the chasiss and i have been wanting to make a kei truck in blender for a while so i set off to do that.
I started by importing the chassis into blender and then looked at some references for a honda acty.

After this i layed out some basic shapes in blender and then started adding details. I lost all of my progress screenshots because they didnt save to clipboard but here is the final result!

Right now, this is a tier 5 project. To make it tier 4, please add things such as a custom body to the car.

I love your idea - but it's unclear how you're going to control the receiver powering the servos - you do not seem to have any MCU or code for any MCU in your repo or BOM - your diagram just shows the wires vanishing into the receiver - remember it's mandatory to have code (even if it's a prototype of your code) for your project!

Hey! I'm returning this because the repository is very unorganized. Please make sure the different parts of your files are sorted!

Looks amazing!! Could you please journal a tiny bit more about how you actually designed the chassis and add some screenshots of your sketches and whatnot! You should also add some more angles of that RC car assembly with the chassis because it's so darn cool :D Could also check if the servo and receiver are a bit cheaper on aliexpress, might bring down the BOM a tad!

Hello! Could you please add a 3D model of an RC car/hot wheels to show how it'll fit onto a car! You also need to make your journal a bit more detailed, it should kind of show a story/progression of your project from start to beginning, you can kind of see how I write mine with this in mind: https://github.com/KaiPereira/Cheetah-MX4-Mini/blob/master/JOURNAL.md. Cool and creative concept though :D

Made the bom, changed parts again
Today I made the bom, and then realized that there is a way better receiver for my use case with a built in brushed esc and 1s supply that was on the same site I was getting the steering servo from so I changed to that and it saved on shipping cost. It also added the benefit of adding spektrum compatibility to the design. This is always the most tedious and boring part of a project but at least it is done now.

Wrote the guide and changed up some parts
Today I set out to write the guide, But I ended up realizing the receiver I picked did not work with 1s voltage. So I looked for an alternative and found a frksy reciver with 1s voltage support and a built in 1s brushed esc. Elrs would have been nice and its sad I cant use it but it makes sense. I wrote all of the readme including bom, build instructions, and made a wiring diagram in excalidraw.

Started the project
Today I got re invigorated to try and accomplish the seemingly impossible of fitting an rc car inside of a hot wheel, I found all of the parts I would need and started modelling. I decided on an n20 brushed motor based on previous research and a 1.7g micro servo for the steering. I was surprised how I could actually fit a battery in there along with all of the other things. I also decided that the only way this is going to work is if I resin print it at my local makerspace, so I have to learn that now.

To start out the design I measured my hot wheels 240z with calipers and layed out where the wheels and body need to be. I used a common steering linkage design without a rack and pinion to keep it compact and simple as possible. For the rest of the electronics I just put them wherever they would fit while staying inside the size limit.
