Hey - you should move this back to design review! This is not a build

Redesigned Lid and Added Caps for Rotary Encoders

I basically thought that the Hackpad lid looked to ugly as-is with how I cut it up, so I redesigned the lid and reprinted it, to fit the keycaps better. I also created and printed caps for the rotary encoders so its easier to use.

Finished Building the Macropad

Firstly, I started by soldering everything to the PCB, which took about half an hour, because I accidentally burned myself with the soldering iron.
image
After that I printed the case and the lid, but unfortunately, the case did not print very well, and I had to cut out all the supports and sand the board.
image
After that, I noticed that the key size for the lid was too small, which is odd, because I followed the tutorial, but I just cut the empty space using wire cutters.
image
After that I assembled it and uploaded the firmware (which took a long time), and now I'm done!

Hello! Could you please make your PCB a tiny bit more complicated, maybe try adding a rotary encoder or an OLED, maybe a couple more neopixels and some hand drawn art, it's up to you ;) Looks good so far though :D
