Hey there! Based on the git revisions it seems like you haven't updated the CAD to include the double version - make sure your repo is up to date before submitting!

I designed a double gang version for my cousins!!!
Hey guys! It's been a while since I've added to this channel, but I've designed another iteration of this project. My other cousin asked me to design one for him as well, so being the AMAZING cousin I am, I designed one for him! This one was also printed in orange as your can see, and I think it turned out perfectly.
CAD
As I found out, light switch plates aren't that modular. I had to fully remodel it so it would fit on double-gang light switches. I modeled this in SolidWorks, and it took roughly two hours.

Printing
I printed this in orange PLA on my Bambu P1S. I used white PETG as a support interface to get the supports off cleaner. To get a cleaner finish, I also used ironing to smooth out the top surfaces.

Installation
Now for what you guys have been waiting for... THE INSTALLATION!!!!!!!

Gave the gift to my cousin!
First off, I'm sorry if I wasn't supposed to resubmit it for review. I thought I was supposed to submit it again after I install it.
My cousin ended up loving it and instantly decorated it. His little brother got a bit jealous, so I'll design one for him too! His room needs a double-gang version of it, so I'll begin designing that once I'm done with my other projects.

Finished the print profile
About 3 weeks ago, I got the Bambu P1S Combo from Microcenter. TBH, I only got it because it was on sale after the P2S release. Anyways, back on topic. I wanted the print to look as good as possible for my cousin, because if you're gonna make something for someone, at least make it look good. After doing some research, I learned that ironing smooths the top surface of your print, giving it a better look. Also, I learned that by setting the support interface of PLA prints to PETG, the supports will come off more easily and make the supported material smoother. A drawback to this is that it'll use more filament.
Here's the sliced result:

I'll be printing it now and giving it to my cousin tomorrow!

Finished the design
Scrap what I said earlier. I wanted to finish this. After watching a few tutorials, I found that there was a tool called "Linear Pattern" in SolidWorks. It would basically copy and paste a sketch over an area.

I removed the filets and rounded the size of the plate to the nearest 8mm to fit more studs. It should be ready for printing now.

I designed the base plate.
This school year, I joined my school's robotics team. Seeing my interest in the club, the captain gave me a voucher for a free SOLIDWORKS account. Since I'm starting Blueprint, I decided to learn CAD. Today, I decided that making a gift for my cousin would be a wonderful project to learn the software. Both of my cousins are obsessed with Legos, so I wanted to design something that would reflect on that.
To start, I designed the base of the wall plate. I got all my dimensions from https://www.kyleswitchplates.com/switch-plate-size-reference-information/.

Learning to use SolidWorks is definitely difficult at first, but it gets easier once you remember where everything is. I'll continue designing it tomorrow.
