Finished Github Repository and created the cart screenshots

I finished creating my repository with all of my files and images of the actual pcb. I wanted anyone to open the repository and have access to the files so that they could create it themselves.

I also finished my JLCPCB order, choosing all of the cheapest possible options. (I tried ordering the pins separately as I could solder them myself but they were cheaper to assemble.)

Finished Routing the PCB

I finished routing the PCB, I tried to mainly use the first layer only but I had to use some of the second layer in order to successfully route everything. I also increased the thickness of the GND, 3v3, and +5V as it was recommended by a lot of professionals.

I also added my favorite Naruto symbols onto the file in order to personalize it and make it more attractive for my brother.

Routed the PCB

Started working on routing the PCB; Almost done just need to do a couple of corrections here and there. I might have to change the position voltage regulator since it's in a bad spot right now.

I had to put off my homework for this lmao.

Placed PCB Components and created size

I used the original image of the origami ninja star in order to create this design that I used for my pcb edge cuts. I didn't know how to scale up the image so I had to use adobe software in order to scale the image up and down in order to create the perfect image. I had to make the ninja star big enough so that I could fit all of the components, including the KEEP-OUT ZONE and small enough so that the pcb wouldn't be too expensive. I was able to fit everything in side the shape and I placed everything in the center so that if the edges got cracked or broke the ESP-32 would still work.

Finished Schematics for ESP32

I created the schematic for my esp32, I decided to not install extra storage for it in order to reduce costs and make it easier for my little brother to use.

My teachers are the GOAT, they let me work on my schematic during class after I finished working on my work.

When creating my schematic I also finished assigning the footprints.

Started Research and Finalized Shape

I wanted to create a custom shaped devboard, in order to show my creativity and originality. My brother is a big fan of Naruto and ninjas so I decided to create this devboard to get him interested in microcontrollers. (I also like these shows so its for me too :D)

I decided on the classic origami ninja star shape as it is really easy to build and place components on it. Other designs I considered was the kunai from Naruto and the round ninja star. I decided not to use these as these were a lot more technical and didn't resemble ninja stars.
