12/3/2025 2 PM - Deeper research but another conclusion

After careful evaluation, I've pivoted my Voron 0.2 clone 3D printer project to use a pre-made BTT SKR 3.0 mainboard instead of a fully custom PCB. This maintains Tier 1 status in Blueprint Hacklab, as tiers reward overall effort, innovation, and logged hours—not specific components like PCBs.The SKR board delivers silent, high-performance control equivalent to custom designs, freeing time for core challenges: precise CoreXY kinematics, MGN12 rails, and Klipper optimization on my Proxmox host. Building custom electronics added complexity without proportional gains; reusing proven hardware accelerates prototyping while I hand-assemble mechanics, print parts on my Ender 3 S1 Plus, and integrate IoT monitoring.This smart adaptation boosts reliability for 120mm³ prints at 300mm/s. Custom PCBs can evolve in v2—innovation thrives in iteration!

12/3/2025 4 PM - Create a 3D model of the printer with features

Created a low-poly model of the 3D printer. Trying to find which material would suit the printer best but until now. Going to find some parts for the initial printer aka the belts, extruder etc.....

12/4/2025 6 PM - Recalculate the things and made progress on my 3D model

So. I am basically recalculating everything now here is the list:
Mainboard: BIGTREETECH Manta E3EZ V1.0 with CB2.2 Native klipper, but not installed. (56.56€)
Display: BTT TFT35 SPI (13.72€)
Probe: BTT EDDY (18.72€)
Motors: BIQU Nema17 c42 motor CNC stepper motor (3×11.33=33.98)
Belt: 10M belt for reserve (9.11€)

forgot some products werent in the cart: the belts and ribbon cables so this is the total for the project which is 302€ and i hope this is good, that i didnt forget anything...

Today i made the highest quality 3D model of the printer i could do. there is everything and i will be doing a steel assembly for the printer and then assemble the parts. It includes everything. here are some photos and the model is in my github repo...
