requested changes for Passkey ago
Hi! I love your project, but is it really necessary to order ten of these as opposed to just two? Sheets of five seem excessive if you're doing PCBA.

Completed everything!
Okay, i added some silkscreen to the PCB on the back, and yeah ngl it looks decent. here are some images of the PCB:

oh and here is the panelised part of the PCB. everything is on my repo on gh:

BOM is done too! i am submitting now!!!!

PCB Complete!
Yup, PCB development is completely done, and i'm very happy with the results :D It looks amazing
Routed it during school and here it how it looks like. I'm still unsure whether to get assembly or to hand-solder, i'll see tho!
Now adding some silkscreen is left and making the repo really nice and then boom i'll submit

Complete change
Okay, so i completely changed the idea, instead of making a small one, i'll make a not so small one.. here is what it looks like now:

i cannot decide whether i should get PCBA or not. i'm making the module as per PCBA because the RP2354A is out of stock on JLC, thus i added W25q128jvsim too. but that will have space concerns, thus i will have to think what to do..

Routed the PCB(about 35%)
Update: i am doing with option 1. i'll be ordering the buttons and LED from a cheap seller in india, so the shipping costs are only $0.54 :yay:
I also routed the pcb a little bit, here it is:

^this passkey is not reall small

Completed the Schematic(for now)
I'm still unsure what kind of form factor i wanna give this key, so i just made the minimal schematic for the passkey, i'll be using the USB on the PCB, no extra component. I want to minimise the cost per key for this one!
- i have thought of two things, the USB on the back side of the PCB, and components on top, shrinking size
- components and the usb footprint on the same side.
In 1. the size will be really small but the button and the LED will be on the other side, if i dont want that, i'll have to solder both of them myself. option 1 is much better size-wise but choosing option 2 will get work done easily.
