personalized pen holder
My sister decided to start a collection of cute pens from the Legami brand. They are all original and have the head of a specific animal on them. I thought they were so cute that I decided to 3D print a pen holder designed specifically for these pens.

why is the review taking so long ?
I don't know maybe it's because of me ?? Before, the review were usually 1 day long and my design is pending from 6 days... And I can't cancel the review to submit it again. Also, I don't know what that mean :

Hi! Cool project, but this didn't take 21 hours to design. 3d printing time cannot be counted as hours, and your design hours are a bit overinflated - aim for 5-8 hours if possible as this is a tier 5, thanks!

I finished the pen holder
After 6 hours of 3D printing, the pen holder (fifth version) is finally finished !!!
During the printing :

My sister didn't like it
After I showed my sister the new design of the pen holder, she said that she prefer the first design. For this reason, I made the old design again and improved it by making a few adjustements : I made it bigger to hold up to 21 pens (against 9 for the old version), I improved the first row and made it longer to hold the pens better, I made a floor system, to see the difference between the 2 rows and I made the holes smaller to, once agin, better hold the pens.

I made a new design but...
Today I tried to make a new design of the pen holder but it ended up as I didn't like it anymore.
Here are the pictures of the new model I made on Fusion 360 :
I really didn't like this new design so I didn't even finished it and I took the old one and just made some new things on it :
those new changes took me a lot of time and I planed to 3D print the new version soon.

Changed the whole design
I completly made a new design for this pen holder. I made it to look like a round and to make it better to put pen in it. I will print it in a few days and I will keep you guys informed.

3D printed the first prototype
I 3D printed the first prototype and he got problems... pens in the first row are unstable...
here is the result of the first prototype printed with white PLA :
I will definitively continue improving this in a few days. I think I will start a completly new design, maybe a round with other specificities.

Started making the CAD
I started making the first prototype of this project today. I made a 3D file with fusion360 et will print it tomorrow. I don't really think that this first version is pretty so I'll make another one in a few days. I spent approximatively 1 hour to design it.
