Add USB and get it to all route correctly

I added USB. At first, I wanted USBC with SMD, but that was not routing correctly, so I used USB-B since it was the biggest one and was arguably the most underrated USB port for PCBs. Currently, tscircuit has a somewhat broken 3d model system, so

Thanks for the note - could you please add a image of the 3d render of your pcb in the readme?

Please make your pcb smaller, as the extra space is what is inflating your price. Also, please upload the pcb files to your repo.

Add README
I added the README.md file. It still does have a github repository. It is currently using tscircuit's own git hosting. I also tried to get the JOURNAL.md to export without a github repository, but that failed and ill just make one manually.

I designed the dev board pcb
I used greenpill, which i had to make for this, and connected it to some headers. I used tscircuit to design the board, so now I can say that I made a dev board in react.
I have previously tried to make a dev board similar to this, but it failed horrifically since i forgot to connect the power pin to the header........
