hi there! you're missing links for your bom (and not having it in a file), and you're also missing assembly instructions as i dont see a clear way the max7219 matrices will be mounted - check over the submission requirements again!

Problems solved
Resolved the problems found in the readme.md files on github and maked the cart a bit lighter by finding a chep esp 32 board and some other components

ReDo the 3D renders and animations
Did mutch shady case render so it looks more realistic and cool, can't wait for my project to be aproved :))) i did so mutch work for now so i am happy

Spoted some bugs in the test code , and a plate issue
I spot some bugs about the 3D print of the plate
it was 5mm, and the module's Z side is 13 so i will increase it to 14mm to be sure , and I spot a font bug inn the test firmware, can't wait to se ur opinion , see u in the next devlog

Update the gothub repo
Updated the github repo by editing the readme and adding the 3D stufs, grammar correction , and preview photos so it match the way i want to look for my project

did a simple 3D Case in fusion!
I did a little case so all electronics will stai inside giving it a nice and cool look, now i'm going to fix my repo and i will be back

Nice but right now it seems your grant request does not match up with your cart screenshots also in your BOM please add photo's and right now this projects seems like a tier 4 or 5 please consider adding a case or something else or lowering the tier of the project

1/20/2026 9 PM - did a simple 3D Case in fusion!
I did a little case so all electronics will stai inside giving it a nice and cool look, now i'm going to fix my repo and i will be back
