Hey, when I add up the subtotals of the screenshots, I only get 106.45 USD. I might have missed something, but I would appreciate if you double checked!

I'm sorry but you need to bring down the cost of your project to under $150 and further if you want better chances. I'd suggest not including customs, using less extended parts and using betters parts....

Very cool board :D Your project says it needs $182, but your screenshot only shows $140, could you maybe DM me on slack about the discrepancy?

switching ic to ch334f

What I Did

nvm im gonna downgrade to usb 2.0 speed, but this chip is so much easier to work with
Next Steps

going with the GENESYS GL3523

What I Did

after some more researching, this part can mux 1 usb port into 4, pretty nice and it doesnt have any pads under the package, which is extra nice
Next Steps

time to make the schematic!

finding usb mux ic

What I Did

i researched different manufacturers like infineon for their chips.
Next Steps

time to pick all of the parts for the ic to work :D
Issues Faced

the chips i found are usually ball pads and there are so much stuff to route lol. i found a good contender with qfn package for 4 port with integrated usb cc negotiations too :D
