Fume Extractor

A simple fume extractor that uses power from a bench power supply, a fan, a custom PCB, and an activated carbon filter all inside a 3d printed case. It also includes an OLED screen that shows fan speed and a knob that changes fan speed. It's powered by an Arduino Nano.

Gesture Controlled Robotic Hand

This is a servo-controlled robotic hand. It uses a fishing line to pull on the fingers and an elastic to pull the fingers back. It will have flex sensors connected to a glove to control it. It will also have a custom PCB that uses an ESP as the controller. It may also include force sensors to detect force on the fingertips.

Robot Arm

This robot arm will be powered using stepper motors, a variety of sensors, and an ESP32 on a custom PCB. I plan to design a custom UI to control the arm wirelessly from a laptop and create different types of grabbers that can attach to the end of this arm. The goal of this project is to learn how to design a custom PCB and create a project that integrates motors, robotic design, CAD and programming.
