Custom Sticker & Lamination Workstation

This custom-engineered sticker and lamination workstation designed for high-output creative production. Built for versatility, the machine features a dual-intake system with dedicated paths for sticker media and standard paper, feeding directly into an integrated lamination assembly for a seamless "print-to-finish" workflow. The core print engine is powered by HP 61XL High-Yield Remanufactured Ink Cartridges, utilizing a black-only base for cost-efficient monochrome production. For expanded capability, the internal carriage includes a modular expansion slot, allowing for the quick physical installation of a tri-color cartridge whenever full-spectrum printing is required. By stripping away legacy office features like copying and faxing, this DIY build maximizes reliability and focus on high-quality physical goods.
