Flight Controller
A flight controller for things like rockets and etc. I made this on my own with some help from the guide, but it is my first time doing something this complex.

Nice project, but it needs a couple modifications! It's a VERY expensive PCB for a not-too complicated project, so make sure you're BOM-optimizing and not using over the top, expensive parts. We need to see a breakdown of your PCBA components in order to just make sure you're doing proper optimizations, so please upload that when you go to submit your project! There's also some other problems, like you're using standard PCBA instead of economic for some reason which increases prices, so please get the cost of your project down, and then re-submit ;) If you need any help, feel free to reach out in #blueprint!

Hi, your cart screenshot in your repo does not match the cart screenshot you uploaded to your design review. Additionally, we need a BOM.csv showing all of your parts from JLCPCB, and we also need your PCBA parts picker screenshot in your cart screenshot section. Finally, if only 1 or 2 components are stopping you from doing Standard PCBA, please consider replacing or ommitting them, as Flight Computers can normally only be approved up to Tier 2 without extremely rare exceptions. Thanks!

Hi, please decrease your PCBA quantity from 5 to 2, it should cut your cost basically in half! Thanks!

Your cart screenshots still show you using DHL. Please use Global Standard Direct.
In addition, your cart screenshots should also show what you are ordering, I can only see the overall cost.

Two things - first please choose global standard direct line as your shipping option as that is the cheapest shipping option, and second please fix your bom so the price of every item/the total price is shown!

Finished Github

I finished the github, code and Readme files and I uploaded it through github desktop as it was easier since the file sizes were too big but I think I am ready to ship the project now.

JLCPCB Cost

I was very surprised to see this cost but after looking at it, it does make sense as this has to be a standard PCBA and most of the parts needed to be substituted, on top of that standard shipping doesn't work as the building itself takes over 60 dollars. The total comes out to be $318 but I added an extra 2 dollars just in case anything happens.

Routed PCB with Silkscreen
I finished adding my custom touches to the PCB to leave my mark on it with my pfp and gamertag which looks really cool now I am going to design a case or I am going to just go directly to the costs.

Routed PCB

I have finished routing the PCB with silkscreen labels as well having a clean professional look which took a lot of tutorials but now it looks amazing. I still want to add some custom silkscreen things like my pfp and gamertag so I will do that in a bit.

Schematics Done

I finished all of the schematics next I am going to be moving on to the PCB and trying to finish that off by the end of today, this is really interesting and opening new opportunities to learn as it uses parts I have never interacted with before.

Finished the IMU Schematic

Finished the IMU Schematic I will be moving on to the Micro SD schematic next I am pretty sure which will be the next entry in this journal and then after that I will finish the rest of the schematics.

Pressure Sensor Schematic Done

I finished the pressure sensor schematic and will be moving on to the next schematic, this might take longer as it is new years eve and I wont have as much time today.

Finished 3.3V Schematic

I finished the 3.3V schematic after eating my lunch, my goal is to get everything done by the end of today but this is taking me a bit longer than usual due to having no mouse :(.

Finished the Battery Charger Schematic

I have finished the battery charger schematic I will be moving on to the next component, this is going faster than I thought but the instructions are a bit hard to follow.

Finished USBC Schematic

I just finished wiring the usb-c schematic up now I am moving on to the battery charger since they are both connected, I also imported all the libraries so everything and all the parts are ready.

Made the format for the schematics

I made the starting format for the schematics so everything can be organized, I started off with this as its easier, I read the whole flight controller guide before starting and thought this would be the best option to keep stuff clean.
