Streamdeck Hackpad

A hackpad that is built to be used as a stream deck and can be programmed to use any functions such as opening up apps while I am streaming. The code has been changed to execute certain button commands to launch certain apps when pressed. It also has a rotary encoder for volume adjustment. Added the cad holes as well to accommodate my circumstances.
